What the IGA West flyer is good for
IGA stores in Western Canada, most of them in Alberta and many in smaller towns such as Taber and Beaverlodge.
Prices can differ between two IGA West stores, so pick the exact store you shop. The deals and recipe costs you see are that store’s.
Small-format / neighbourhood store: where the savings are
A small-format store carries a narrower range, so the flyer covers a bigger share of what is worth buying that week. Many of these stores have independent owners, and prices and features can differ between two locations of the same banner.
Deal Dish shows the prices at the exact store you pick, so the deals and recipe costs you see match that location. Pick each store you shop as its own store.
A sample of the IGA West stores in the app
Deal Dish prices each store separately, because the same banner can run different features in different markets. These are real IGA West locations you can pick as your store.

IGA West flyer questions
When does the new IGA West flyer come out?
The new IGA West flyer goes live on Thursday and runs for a week, through the following Wednesday. Deal Dish loads the new prices every Thursday, so recipe costs and list prices match the current flyer.
How many IGA West stores does Deal Dish cover?
31 IGA West locations across 5 provinces, with the largest concentration in Alberta (20 stores). You pick your stores in the app, and every deal, recipe cost and list price is that store's price.
Is Deal Dish free for IGA West shoppers?
Yes. Deals, price comparison, recipes, meal planning, the shopping list and the barcode scanner are free, with weekly limits that reset each Thursday. Deal Dish Pro ($3.99/month or $34.99/year CAD) removes the limits and lets you add deals from any store, which helps if you shop more than one banner.
Can I compare IGA West prices against other stores?
Yes, on the free plan. Search any item in Deal Dish to see its price at IGA West and the other stores near you, cheapest first, across the 35 Canadian grocery banners Deal Dish covers.
Does Deal Dish show the actual IGA West flyer?
Not the full flyer pages. Deal Dish lists IGA West's deals in sections (Biggest price drops, In this week's flyer, Buy more, save more, then aisle by aisle), with the regular price beside the sale price. Recipes are built from what is on sale that week.
