Pro and billing
Is Deal Dish free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. Deal Dish Pro is an optional subscription with extra features.
What Pro includesHow do I cancel Pro?
You cancel Pro in the store you bought it from. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deal Dish → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Deal Dish → Cancel subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund on iPhone or iPad?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play handles refunds for purchases made on Android. Its help page explains when you can get one and how to ask.
Google Play refund helpI paid for Pro but it did not unlock.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If Pro still does not unlock, report it with the email on your App Store or Google Play account.

Is there an Android version?
Yes. Deal Dish is free on Google Play for Android, and on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
Get it on Google PlayWhen do prices update?
Flyer deals are refreshed every week when stores publish their new flyers, usually Wednesday or Thursday.
Why is my store not listed?
Deal Dish covers 35 Canadian grocery banners and 3,500+ stores. To ask for another one, email the store name and your city.
Request a storeDoes it work outside Canada?
No. Deal Dish only covers Canadian grocery stores and prices.

No. The Privacy Policy lists what the app collects and why.

No. Deal Dish, also written DealDish, has one website, dealdish.ca, and the app is Deal Dish: Grocery Deals on the App Store. deal-dish.com is a separate site that Deal Dish does not run, so don't type your Deal Dish email or password there. If you already did, set a new password with Forgot password? on the app's sign-in screen.
Get the official appHow do I sign in to Deal Dish?
In the app, with the email and password you signed up with. dealdish.ca has no sign-in page. The only web page that asks for a Deal Dish password is the reset link the app emails you after you tap Forgot password?
How do I delete my account?
Delete it from the account section of the app's Settings, or email support@dealdish.ca with the subject "Delete my account" from the email you signed up with.
