The usual routine in Québec is to decide what you want to eat, write a list, and pay whatever the shelf says. Every week that costs money, because the ingredients you picked are unrelated to the ones the stores discounted.

Deal Dish runs it the other way around. Each Thursday it reads the new prices at the 28 Québec stores it tracks, surfaces what genuinely dropped — with the regular price shown beside the sale price so you can see the size of the cut — and then proposes meals built from those ingredients.
